The invitation is to be surprised by the dishes elaborated by chef Andrea Fusco in the ultra-modern cuisine that has taken space inside the elegant structure set in the heart of the Eternal City, in the eclectic but always authentic Monti district, in that complex of buildings that is part of the Angelicum. This stage lends itself perfectly as a backdrop for a catering project that accompanies diners on a path made of discovery - through the proposals of its cuisine playful - and, at the same time, a return to the origins and the most ancestral flavors, those that enhance quality and authenticity of the raw material, whose name already reveals its essence.

With fun, light-heartedness, lightheartedness and a playful approach, the result of the great experience gained during a long career, Andrea Fusco gets back into the game with a new, important project in the brand new cuisine of Nomina.
The chef has a wealth of knowledge accumulated over his years of experience: from the Michelin star he won in 2010 with his famous Giuda Ballerino! to his move to one of Rome's most beautiful terraces, on the eighth floor of the hotel at the Bernini Bristol in Piazza Barberini, to consultancies around the world, the Roman chef has honed the knowledge in the culinary field that now constitutes the hand with which he paints his dishes, always with fun and lightness.
